Group Classes
Classes are rooted in the belief that intelligence begins in the body.
I teach in a way that helps women feel sturdy in their movement so they can observe thoughts rise and settle with each breath — noticing when to push, when to soften, and when enough is enough.
Through intentional cueing, breath awareness, and strong foundational movement, women are encouraged to get out of their heads and into their bodies while developing greater awareness, trust, and connection within themselves.
You can expect classes that are emotionally intelligent, intentional, playful, and approachable. I value strong cueing, embodied awareness, and creating an environment where women can challenge themselves without losing connection to themselves in the process.
Over time, the practice becomes less about performing poses and more about developing trust, awareness, and a steadier relationship with your body and yourself.
Private Sessions
Private sessions create space for women to reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, awareness, and embodied practice.
Designed for women navigating burnout, over functioning, emotional exhaustion, or disconnection from the body, these sessions offer a more personalized and intentional approach to developing a sustainable practice.
Using breath awareness, foundational movement, and intentional inquiry, women are encouraged to notice how their body responds within the practice — developing greater trust, awareness, and connection with themselves.
My approach blends grounded challenge with nervous system awareness while creating space to observe thoughts, reactions, resistance, and ease without losing connection to yourself in the process.
These sessions are supportive, intentional, and approachable while still offering depth and accountability.
Over time, the work becomes less about performing and more about building a steadier relationship with yourself both on and off the mat.

These offerings are designed for teams working in customer service-oriented and high emotional labor environments where being emotionally available, adaptable, and constantly “on” is often expected as part of the job.
Drawing from years spent both teaching yoga and working within service-centered industries, my approach focuses on helping individuals reconnect with themselves through movement, breath awareness, nervous system support, and embodied practice.

My teaching style blends intentional movement, grounded challenge, emotional intelligence, and approachable facilitation — creating experiences that help participants get out of their heads and back into their bodies without losing accessibility or lightness in the process.
The goal is not simply stress relief, but creating more awareness, connection, and sustainability for people working in environments that often require constant emotional output.
